Guidelines for Oral Presentations, RPGR 2023

  • Only registered participants will be allowed to present their work.
  • The day-wise schedule can be found on the RPGR website. Presenting authors are encouraged to check the schedule well in advance. There will be three parallel sessions on most days.
  • All keynote/invited talks are scheduled for 30 minutes (25 minutes presentation + 5 min Q&A).
  • All contributed talks are scheduled for 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A).
  • Special sessions and panel discussions may have independent timetable, please check the respective program schedule.
  • All keynote talks will be held in the Grand Ball Room (GBR).
  • Presenting authors should make sure that the title and the content correspond to the accepted/submitted abstract.
  • It is encouraged to bring the presentation file in a USB drive, load it to the system at the respective venue before the session starts, and test the AV equipment. If the presenter wishes to use their own laptop, it must be checked for compatibility with AV equipment before the session starts.
  • Presenting authors are encouraged to meet the session chair and introduce themselves before the session starts.
  • Talks will not be recorded.
